Ps 49.1:   (49.1) To the chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. (49.2) Hear this, all [ye] people; give ear, all [ye] inhabitants of the world:
Sal 49.1:   OID esto, pueblos todos; Escuchad, habitadores todos del mundo:
Ps 49.2:   (49.3) Both low and high, rich and poor, together.
Sal 49.2:   Así los plebeyos como los nobles, El rico y el pobre juntamente.
Ps 49.3:   (49.4) My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart [shall be] of understanding.
Sal 49.3:   Mi boca hablará sabiduría; Y el pensamiento de mi corazón inteligencia.
Ps 49.4:   (49.5) I will incline mine ear to a parable: I will open my dark saying upon the harp.
Sal 49.4:   Acomodaré á ejemplos mi oído: Declararé con el arpa mi enigma.
Ps 49.5:   (49.6) Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, [when] the iniquity of my heels shall compass me about?
Sal 49.5:   ¿Por qué he de temer en los días de adversidad, Cuando la iniquidad de mis insidiadores me cercare?
Ps 49.6:   (49.7) They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches;
Sal 49.6:   Los que confían en sus haciendas, Y en la muchedumbre de sus riquezas se jactan,
Ps 49.7:   (49.8) None [of them] can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him:
Sal 49.7:   Ninguno de ellos podrá en manera alguna redimir al hermano, Ni dar á Dios su rescate.
Ps 49.8:   (49.9) (For the redemption of their soul [is] precious, and it ceaseth for ever:)
Sal 49.8:   (Porque la redención de su vida es de gran precio, Y no se hará jamás;)
Ps 49.9:   (49.10) That he should still live for ever, [and] not see corruption.
Sal 49.9:   Que viva adelante para siempre, Y nunca vea la sepultura.
Ps 49.10:   (49.11) For he seeth [that] wise men die, likewise the fool and the brutish person perish, and leave their wealth to others.
Sal 49.10:   Pues se ve que mueren los sabios, Así como el insensato y el necio perecen, Y dejan á otros sus riquezas.
Ps 49.11:   (49.12) Their inward thought [is, that] their houses [shall continue] for ever, [and] their dwelling places to all generations; they call [their] lands after their own names.
Sal 49.11:   En su interior tienen que sus casas serán eternas, Y sus habitaciones para generación y generación: Llamaron sus tierras de sus nombres.
Ps 49.12:   (49.13) Nevertheless man [being] in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts [that] perish.
Sal 49.12:   Mas el hombre no permanecerá en honra: Es semejante á las bestias que perecen.
Ps 49.13:   (49.14) This their way [is] their folly: yet their posterity approve their sayings. Selah.
Sal 49.13:   Este su camino es su locura: Con todo, corren sus descendientes por el dicho de ellos. (Selah.)
Ps 49.14:   (49.15) Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling.
Sal 49.14:   Como rebaños serán puestos en la sepultura; La muerte se cebará en ellos; Y los rectos se enseñorearán de ellos por la mañana: Y se consumirá su bien parecer en el sepulcro de su morada.
Ps 49.15:   (49.16) But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave: for he shall receive me. Selah.
Sal 49.15:   Empero Dios redimirá mi vida del poder de la sepultura, Cuando me tomará. (Selah.)
Ps 49.16:   (49.17) Be not thou afraid when one is made rich, when the glory of his house is increased;
Sal 49.16:   No temas cuando se enriquece alguno, Cuando aumenta la gloria de su casa;
Ps 49.17:   (49.18) For when he dieth he shall carry nothing away: his glory shall not descend after him.
Sal 49.17:   Porque en muriendo no llevará nada, Ni descenderá tras él su gloria.
Ps 49.18:   (49.19) Though while he lived he blessed his soul: and [men] will praise thee, when thou doest well to thyself.
Sal 49.18:   Si bien mientras viviere, dirá dichosa á su alma: Y tú serás loado cuando bien te tratares.
Ps 49.19:   (49.20) He shall go to the generation of his fathers; they shall never see light.
Sal 49.19:   Entrará á la generación de sus padres: No verán luz para siempre.
Ps 49.20:   (49.21) Man [that is] in honour, and understandeth not, is like the beasts [that] perish.
Sal 49.20:   El hombre en honra que no entiende, Semejante es á las bestias que perecen.
